RevenueStack is based in Kenya ("RevenueStack," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing RevenueStack, purchasing a subscription, connecting a third-party account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use RevenueStack.

- Paddle.
RevenueStack may provide tools for viewing, creating, managing, synchronizing, modifying, deploying, or otherwise interacting with subscription products, prices, offers, base plans, territories, and related configurations.
RevenueStack may also provide artificial intelligence, automation, API, and MCP functionality.
Features may vary according to your plan, location, connected platforms, account permissions, product version, or other factors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a RevenueStack account or use the Services.

- you are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Services; and
- if you are using RevenueStack on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you use RevenueStack on behalf of an organization, references to "you" in these Terms may include both you and that organization where appropriate.
3. RevenueStack Accounts
Certain features require a RevenueStack account.
When creating and maintaining an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
You must not:
- share your password with unauthorized persons;
- allow unauthorized individuals to access your account;
- attempt to obtain another user's credentials;
- circumvent authentication or security controls; or
- use another person's account without authorization.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly at hello@revenuestack.app.
4. Organization and Team Accounts
RevenueStack may allow multiple individuals to access an organization, workspace, project, application, or other shared resource.
Account owners and administrators may be able to:
- invite or remove users;
- assign roles;
- modify permissions;
- connect integrations;
- disconnect integrations;
- configure applications;
- manage subscriptions and products;
- deploy changes;
- manage billing; and
- access information associated with the organization.
You are responsible for granting appropriate permissions to members of your organization.
RevenueStack is not responsible for actions taken by individuals whom you or an authorized administrator have granted access to your account, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Third-Party Integrations
RevenueStack may allow you to connect third-party services, including:
Apple App Store Connect
RevenueStack may allow authorized interaction with Apple App Store Connect information and functionality.
Google Play Console
RevenueStack may allow authorized interaction with Google Play Console information and functionality.
Stripe
RevenueStack may allow authorized interaction with certain Stripe account, product, pricing, subscription, or related information.
Paddle
RevenueStack may allow authorized interaction with certain Paddle account, product, pricing, subscription, or related information.
Additional integrations may be added, modified, or removed over time.
6. Authorization to Access Connected Accounts
By connecting a third-party account to RevenueStack, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the connected account or have permission to access it;
- you have authority to grant RevenueStack the requested access;
- your use of the integration complies with applicable laws and agreements;
- you have obtained any permissions required from your organization or customers; and
- you are authorized to instruct RevenueStack to perform actions on the connected account.
You authorize RevenueStack to communicate with connected services and use credentials or authorization tokens provided by you as reasonably necessary to provide the Services you request.
This authorization continues until you disconnect the applicable integration, delete your RevenueStack account, or otherwise revoke authorization.
7. Credentials and API Secrets
Certain integrations may require API credentials, service account credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, private keys, or similar authentication information.
Credentials and secrets stored by RevenueStack are encrypted.
You remain responsible for:
- obtaining credentials lawfully;
- maintaining appropriate permissions;
- restricting unnecessary privileges;
- protecting copies of credentials outside RevenueStack;
- revoking compromised credentials; and
- ensuring credentials remain valid.
When an integration is disconnected, credentials associated with that integration are deleted from RevenueStack's active systems, subject to limited backup, security, technical, or legal retention requirements where applicable.
Connected-service credentials associated with your RevenueStack account are similarly deleted when your account is deleted, subject to applicable retention requirements.
8. Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms, policies, agreements, developer requirements, and restrictions imposed by those third parties.
This may include requirements established by Apple, Google, Stripe, Paddle, or other providers.
RevenueStack does not replace your agreement with any third-party provider.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of RevenueStack complies with the rules applicable to your connected accounts.
9. Third-Party Services Are Independent
RevenueStack is an independent service unless expressly stated otherwise.
RevenueStack is not Apple, Google, Stripe, or Paddle.
The availability of an integration does not imply that a third party sponsors, endorses, controls, or guarantees RevenueStack.
Third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, authentication mechanisms, pricing, functionality, limits, or availability at any time.
Such changes may affect RevenueStack functionality.
10. Subscription and Product Management
RevenueStack may allow you to manage information such as:
- subscriptions;
- products;
- base plans;
- offers;
- pricing;
- currencies;
- territories;
- availability;
- pricing configurations;
- product metadata; and
- related settings.
Actions performed through RevenueStack may result in changes being made to connected production accounts.
You are responsible for understanding the consequences of changes before deploying or approving them.
11. Pricing Changes
RevenueStack may allow users to create, calculate, recommend, configure, schedule, or deploy pricing changes.
Pricing changes can have significant commercial consequences.
You acknowledge that incorrect pricing may potentially result in:
- lower-than-intended prices;
- higher-than-intended prices;
- incorrect currency conversions;
- incorrect territory assignments;
- customer complaints;
- reduced revenue;
- unexpected charges;
- platform review issues;
- tax consequences; or
- other business impacts.
You are responsible for reviewing pricing configurations before authorizing deployment.
RevenueStack does not guarantee that a particular price, pricing strategy, currency conversion, purchasing-power adjustment, or other pricing configuration will increase revenue, conversion, profitability, or any other business metric.
12. Purchasing Power Parity and Regional Pricing
RevenueStack may provide features relating to purchasing power parity ("PPP"), regional pricing, currency conversion, localized pricing, or pricing recommendations.
These features are provided as tools to assist your decision-making.
Economic information, exchange rates, purchasing-power information, market information, and other inputs may change over time or contain inaccuracies.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular regional price is appropriate for your product and customers.
RevenueStack does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, legality, or commercial effectiveness of any recommended price.
13. Dry Runs
RevenueStack may provide a dry run, preview, simulation, validation, or similar feature before certain deployments.
A dry run is intended to help identify potential changes before they are submitted to a connected platform.
A successful dry run does not guarantee that:
- the live deployment will succeed;
- the third-party platform will accept the change;
- the resulting configuration will be correct;
- the third-party API will behave identically during deployment;
- no additional changes will occur;
- no platform-side validation will fail; or
- no unexpected consequences will result.
You should independently review important changes before deploying them to production.
14. Live Deployments
A live deployment may cause actual changes to your connected third-party accounts.
By initiating, confirming, approving, or otherwise authorizing a live deployment, you instruct RevenueStack to submit the applicable changes to the connected platform.
Depending on the feature, changes may include modifications to:
- subscription products;
- base plans;
- offers;
- pricing;
- currencies;
- territories;
- availability; or
- related configurations.
Some changes made through third-party platforms may be difficult or impossible to reverse immediately.
You are responsible for reviewing deployment information before authorizing a live deployment.
15. Deployment Failures
Deployments may fail, partially succeed, become delayed, or produce unexpected results for reasons including:
- third-party API errors;
- rate limits;
- outages;
- network failures;
- expired credentials;
- insufficient permissions;
- platform restrictions;
- conflicting configurations;
- changes to third-party APIs;
- incorrect source data;
- validation errors; or
- circumstances outside RevenueStack's reasonable control.
RevenueStack may attempt to report deployment status accurately, but you should verify important changes directly through the relevant third-party platform where appropriate.
16. User Review and Verification
RevenueStack is intended to assist users, not eliminate the need for appropriate human review.
Before deploying commercially significant changes, you should verify information including, where relevant:
- product;
- subscription;
- base plan;
- price;
- currency;
- territory;
- offer;
- effective date; and
- intended connected account.
You are responsible for determining whether a proposed action is appropriate for your business.
17. AI Features
RevenueStack may provide AI-assisted functionality.
AI functionality may be used to help:
- interpret information;
- generate configurations;
- suggest actions;
- analyze pricing;
- automate workflows;
- answer questions;
- prepare deployment instructions; or
- perform other supported functions.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.
You should review material AI-generated output before relying on it.
RevenueStack does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated information.
18. AI Actions
Where RevenueStack allows an AI system to prepare or initiate an action, you remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing actions that may materially affect your connected accounts.
You should not rely exclusively on AI output when making significant financial, legal, tax, pricing, or business decisions.
RevenueStack's AI features do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial, or investment advice.
19. Model Context Protocol (MCP)
RevenueStack may provide MCP functionality that allows compatible AI applications, assistants, developer tools, or other software to interact with RevenueStack.
MCP functionality may allow external applications to request information or initiate supported RevenueStack operations according to the permissions you authorize.
You are responsible for:
- selecting trustworthy MCP clients;
- understanding the permissions granted;
- securing MCP credentials;
- reviewing actions requested through MCP;
- monitoring access; and
- revoking access when it is no longer required.
20. Third-Party AI and MCP Clients
Third-party AI clients and MCP-compatible applications may operate independently from RevenueStack.
RevenueStack does not control the security, privacy, availability, output, or behavior of third-party clients.
Information transmitted from RevenueStack to a third-party client at your direction may become subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
You should review those practices before connecting RevenueStack.
21. Automation
RevenueStack may provide automated or scheduled functionality.
Automation can cause actions to occur without you manually initiating each individual operation.
You are responsible for:
- configuring automation correctly;
- reviewing automation rules;
- selecting appropriate permissions;
- monitoring automated actions; and
- disabling automation when it is no longer appropriate.
22. RevenueStack Plans
RevenueStack may offer different plans, including free, paid, promotional, custom, enterprise, or lifetime-access plans.
Plans may differ based on features such as:
- managed applications;
- connected accounts;
- subscription products;
- integrations;
- territories;
- deployments;
- live deployments;
- dry runs;
- AI usage;
- MCP access;
- automation;
- team functionality;
- analytics;
- support; and
- other usage limits.
Current plan details are those displayed by RevenueStack at the time of purchase or subscription.
23. Free Plans
RevenueStack may offer a free plan.
Free plans may be subject to limitations involving features, usage, applications, connected accounts, deployments, AI/MCP access, territories, or other functionality.
We may modify free-plan limits or discontinue a free plan upon reasonable notice where appropriate, subject to applicable law.
A free plan does not create an entitlement to permanent free access to RevenueStack.
24. Paid Subscriptions
Certain RevenueStack features require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout.
Paid subscriptions may be offered on a:
- monthly;
- annual; or
- other stated billing basis.
Unless otherwise stated, recurring subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
25. Paddle Billing
RevenueStack uses Paddle to process payments for RevenueStack subscriptions and purchases.
Your payment may therefore be processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's applicable terms.
Paddle may act as merchant of record for applicable transactions.
Payment methods, invoices, taxes, billing information, and certain refund procedures may be administered through Paddle.
26. Automatic Renewal
Where you purchase a recurring subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before renewal, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for applicable recurring fees, taxes, and charges.
27. Cancellation
You may cancel your RevenueStack subscription at any time through available account or billing functionality.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current paid billing period.
You will generally retain access to paid features until that period ends.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your RevenueStack account.
28. Refund Policy
Except where otherwise expressly stated by RevenueStack or required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or credit for:
- amounts already paid;
- partially used billing periods;
- unused features;
- unused deployment allowances;
- unused AI or MCP allowances; or
- periods during which you did not use RevenueStack.
If you purchase an annual subscription and cancel before the end of the annual term, your cancellation will generally prevent renewal but will not result in a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If RevenueStack voluntarily provides a refund, credit, or accommodation in one situation, that does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in another situation.
29. Changes to Subscription Prices
We may change RevenueStack subscription pricing from time to time.
Changes to recurring subscription prices will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Where appropriate, price changes will generally apply to a future billing period rather than retroactively to fees already paid.
If you do not agree to an applicable price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
30. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location and checkout configuration.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.
You are responsible for taxes that are legally your responsibility.
31. Lifetime Plans
RevenueStack may occasionally offer a plan described as a "Lifetime," "Founder Lifetime," or similar plan.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase, "lifetime" refers to the commercial lifetime of the applicable RevenueStack service or plan and does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or any particular individual.
A lifetime plan does not guarantee that RevenueStack will operate indefinitely.
Lifetime access remains subject to these Terms, acceptable-use requirements, technical limitations, third-party dependencies, and any specific conditions disclosed when the plan is purchased.
A lifetime plan does not necessarily include every product, service, feature, integration, or separate product that RevenueStack may develop in the future unless expressly stated.
If a lifetime offering expressly includes particular features such as AI or MCP access, such access may remain subject to reasonable safeguards against abuse, unlawful activity, automated exploitation, excessive resource consumption, or activity that materially threatens the availability or security of the Services.
32. Fair Use
Features advertised as "unlimited" may be subject to reasonable fair-use restrictions intended to prevent abuse and protect service availability.
"Unlimited" does not permit:
- abusive automated requests;
- resale of RevenueStack capacity without authorization;
- deliberate infrastructure exhaustion;
- attempts to bypass rate limits;
- unlawful activity;
- credential sharing outside permitted users;
- excessive usage designed primarily to impose costs on RevenueStack; or
- activity that materially interferes with other customers.
Where practicable, we may contact you before imposing material restrictions for unusually high but otherwise legitimate usage.
33. Acceptable Use
You may use RevenueStack only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to use RevenueStack to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- access accounts without authorization;
- steal or obtain credentials;
- conduct fraud;
- distribute malware;
- interfere with RevenueStack infrastructure;
- bypass security controls;
- bypass plan limitations;
- circumvent rate limits;
- probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
- impersonate another person;
- misrepresent your authority;
- process unlawfully obtained data;
- facilitate abusive or deceptive activity; or
- materially interfere with other users' use of RevenueStack.
34. Reverse Engineering and Platform Abuse
Except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law, you may not:
- reverse engineer RevenueStack;
- decompile protected components;
- attempt to extract source code;
- bypass technical restrictions;
- circumvent billing controls;
- defeat usage metering;
- reproduce proprietary RevenueStack functionality for unauthorized commercial exploitation; or
- access non-public systems without permission.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.
35. Intellectual Property
RevenueStack, including its software, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, logos, underlying technology, and original content, is owned by or licensed to RevenueStack and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights necessary to use RevenueStack under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
36. Your Data and Content
As between you and RevenueStack, you retain your ownership rights in information, content, configurations, and other materials you lawfully provide to RevenueStack.
You grant RevenueStack a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use such information as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Services;
- perform actions you request;
- maintain integrations;
- provide support;
- secure RevenueStack;
- comply with law; and
- fulfill our obligations under these Terms.
This license ends when the information is no longer reasonably required for those purposes, subject to applicable legal and retention requirements.
37. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations concerning RevenueStack, you grant RevenueStack the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
38. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the RevenueStack Privacy Policy.
By using RevenueStack, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described in that policy.
39. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
RevenueStack may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- upgrades;
- security incidents;
- infrastructure failures;
- third-party outages;
- API failures;
- network conditions;
- force majeure events; or
- other circumstances.
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance when reasonably necessary.
40. Third-Party API Availability
Many RevenueStack features depend on third-party APIs and platforms.
RevenueStack cannot guarantee the continued availability or behavior of APIs operated by Apple, Google, Stripe, Paddle, or other third parties.
A third party may modify, restrict, suspend, deprecate, or discontinue an API or feature without our control.
This may cause RevenueStack integrations to change or stop functioning.
41. Changes to RevenueStack
We continually develop RevenueStack.
We may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features.
Where a change materially affects a paid Service, we will provide notice where required by applicable law or our contractual obligations.
Not every existing feature is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
42. Beta and Experimental Features
RevenueStack may provide alpha, beta, preview, experimental, or early-access functionality.
Such features may:
- contain errors;
- change significantly;
- be incomplete;
- have reduced availability;
- produce unexpected results; or
- be discontinued.
You should exercise additional caution when using experimental features for production systems.
43. Backups and Data Export
Unless expressly included in your plan, RevenueStack is not intended to serve as your sole backup system.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important business information and configurations where necessary.
Do not rely on RevenueStack as the only repository for information that would cause significant harm if lost.
44. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access to RevenueStack where reasonably necessary because of:
- violation of these Terms;
- suspected fraud;
- security risks;
- unauthorized access;
- non-payment;
- unlawful activity;
- abusive usage;
- threats to RevenueStack infrastructure;
- legal requirements; or
- conduct that creates material risk to RevenueStack or other users.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension.
Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to address urgent security, legal, fraud, or abuse concerns.
45. Termination
You may stop using RevenueStack at any time.
You may also delete your account using available account functionality.
We may terminate an account where permitted by these Terms or applicable law, including for serious or repeated violations.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
46. Effect of Account Deletion
Deleting your RevenueStack account may result in permanent loss of:
- account settings;
- configurations;
- deployment history;
- integration information;
- stored data; and
- other information associated with the account.
Connected credentials are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
Account deletion does not automatically reverse changes previously deployed to Apple, Google Play, Stripe, Paddle, or another third-party service.
You must manage or reverse such changes through the relevant platform where necessary.
47. No Guarantee of Business Results
RevenueStack provides software tools.
We do not guarantee that using RevenueStack will result in:
- increased revenue;
- higher conversion;
- more subscribers;
- increased profit;
- reduced churn;
- successful application approval;
- improved store ranking;
- successful pricing;
- successful deployments; or
- any particular commercial result.
Your business results depend on numerous factors outside RevenueStack's control.
48. No Professional Advice
Information provided through RevenueStack is for informational and operational purposes.
RevenueStack does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
You should obtain professional advice where appropriate.
49. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevenueStack and the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
RevenueStack disclaims warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- non-infringement; and
- uninterrupted or error-free operation,
to the extent such warranties may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
50. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevenueStack and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of RevenueStack.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of:
- profits;
- revenue;
- business opportunities;
- anticipated savings;
- goodwill;
- data; or
- business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
