Separate consoles or one working table
A spreadsheet can hold your strategy, but each provider still needs its own update and verification. RevenueStack imports connected subscriptions into a matrix that keeps targets, currencies, current prices, and resolved results together.
Formulas or reusable country groups
Manual formulas offer flexibility but need consistent maintenance across products. RevenueStack uses shared multipliers and country groups, with manual overrides when one market needs a different target.
Manual checks or dry-run validation
RevenueStack asks the provider for supported values, highlights discrepancies, and binds reviewed rows to a signed preview. Deployment is separate and requires an owner or administrator to confirm.
Choose according to your operation
A spreadsheet may suit a small, infrequent workflow. RevenueStack adds connected discovery, guarded supported deployments, and change records as the portfolio grows. Stripe is read-only, provider restrictions still apply, and automatic rollback is unavailable.
